摘 要:提出并设计了一种ф50mm双排料型旋流器,旨在解决传统旋流器底流夹细问题。利用流体分析软件FLUENT对单排料型和双排料型旋流器内部颗粒分布进行了数值模拟,并进行了对比试验研究。模拟分析发现双排料型旋流器在靠近底流口处,细颗粒体积分数明显降低,经底流口排出的细颗粒减少,有效降低了旋流器底流中细颗粒含量。采用石英砂进行实验室试验,结果表明ф50mm双排料型较单排料旋流器底流中-5μm颗粒含量降低了55.7%,陡度指数提高了64.7%,底流夹细明显降低,分离精度得到提高。A ф50mm dual output type hydrocyclone is to be put forward and designed,aiming at solving the problem of single output type hydrocyclone underflow easy to clip fine particles,Using the fluid analysis software FLUENT to simulate the internal particles distribution and comparative analysis of the single output type and dual output type hydrocyclone,then,the related experiments have been carried out. Through simulation analysis,we find near the bottom of dual output cyclone's,fine particle volume fraction is decreased obviously,and it has been reduced by underflow discharge. Use Quartz sand laboratory test results show that the ф50mm dual output type hydrocyclone's-5μm particles has been reduced 55. 7%,The sharpness index has been increased64. 7%,So the underflow fine clipping phenomenon has been improved,the separation accuracy of the hyrocyclone is Increased.
