摘  要:随着我国社会人口老龄化现象的加剧,骨质疏松已成为威胁我国老年人的主要疾病之一,而早期发现并给予干预将有助于改善骨质疏松人群的预后。医学诊断技术的发展,使越来越多的临床诊断方法应用于骨质疏松的诊断和监测。双能X射线是世界卫生组织推荐的用于诊断骨质疏松的金标准,且其临床应用领域进一步拓展。通过对骨质疏松症的分类、危险因素、流行病学等特征以及双能X射线临床应用现状及进展的关注,使双能X射线技术更好地服务于临床。Osteoporosis has been one of main disorders that threats senior citizen along with the emergence of ageing population in China, and the early diagnose, treatment and intervening may contribute to improve the prognosis of patients with osteoporosis. With the development of medical diagnosis technology, more and more clinical diagnosis methods were applied in the diagnosis and supervise of osteoporosis. There are different imaging modalities but dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) is the golden standard which is recommended by World Health Organization(WHO) for diagnosing osteoporosis, while it is not limited in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Now we review the classification criteria, risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of osteoporosis, as well as the current status and progress of dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, so that to improve the cognition of clinicians and guide specific treatment.
