基于“军卫一号”系统的银医自助系统在医院中的开发与应用

摘　　要：目的:基于"军卫一号"系统开发设计银医自助系统,提高患者在医院的就诊效率,减少患者就诊过程中的"三长一短"现象,为患者提供更加快捷、优质和完善的服务。方法:银医自助系统的软件以浏览器和(或)服务器(B/S)模式关联,其中包括医院业务处理系统和前台自助终端软件;自助终端软件包括交易视图、设备驱动控制组件、自助终端控制系统、设备驱动接口、安全组件以及自助终端控制接口等;自助终端服务器软件包括Web系统交易页面、医院信息系统(HIS)Web服务、监控管理Web服务器、自助服务控制模块、控制调度模块、系列服务适配器、报文组件、数据库组件、通讯组件及安全组件。结果:银医自助系统能够实现居民健康卡发放、自助充值、自助挂号、自助缴费、自助查询、自助发票与凭条打印、自助化验和检查报告打印以及自助住院费用清单打印等功能。结论:通过银医自助系统的建立,应用方便快捷的自助功能,能够解决医疗信息重复采集、患者长时间排队等候和患者资金安全等问题,提高医院的医疗质量和效率。Objective： To exploit and design a self-help banking hospital system based on ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂in order to inhance the outpatient rate for hospital, reduce the time of registration, waiting and payment, and improve the clinic time in treatment process for patients, and so as to provide faster, higher quality and perfecter service for patients. Methods： The software of self-help banking hospital system adopted combination mode of browser and（or） server（B/S mode）, and included transaction processing system of hospital and foreground of self-service terminal software which included transaction view, control component of device driver, self-service terminal control system, device driver interface, security component and self-service terminal control interface. And the software of self-service terminal server included web system transaction page, local hospital information system for web services, web server of monitoring management, self-service control module, the controlling and scheduling module, a series of service adapters, message components, database components, communications and security components. Results： Self-help banking hospital system could realize a series of service function included giving out residents health card, self-service for recharging, registration, payment, inquiry, testing, printing of invoice and receipt, printing of inspection report and hospitalization expense list. Conclusion： By establishing the self-help banking hospital system and applying its convenient and quick self-service function, the problems of repeated collection for medical information, long time for waiting and funds security of patient are solved, as well as the medical quality and efficiency of hospital are improved.
