摘　　要：2007年开始的金融危机对全球银行业造成了巨大冲击,尤其是处于风暴中心的欧美市场,银行普遍出现盈利下降、投资损失激增、资产质量恶化等问题。与此同时,各国政府纷纷出台更加严格的金融监管政策,对银行的资本充足率、风险管理等提出了更高的要求。面对外部环境的剧烈变化,许多银行纷纷推出了战略性改革措施。The financial crisis started in 2007 has a huge impact on the global banking industry, so some problems have teen in the banking such as profit declining,investment losses surging,deterioration of asset qulity and so on. Faced with the dramatic changes in the external environment,many banks have launched strategic reform measures.Operating mode and management model of international major banks has presented a series of important new trends.
