清开灵注射液的临床应用及安全性研究进展

摘　　要：清开灵注射液是在传统古方安宫牛黄丸基础上研制而成的纯中药复方制剂,为临床常用的中药注射剂之一,具有清热解毒、化痰通络、醒神开窍等功效,主要用于热病、神昏、中风偏瘫、神智不清等治疗。现代研究表明,清开灵注射液具有解热抗炎、保护脑组织、保肝降酶等作用,在临床上广泛应用于脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等多种治疗。通过对多年来已发表的关于清开灵注射液临床研究文献和不良反应报道的搜集整理,对清开灵注射液临床应用、不良反应及安全性进行系统的总结分析,为进一步开发和拓展清开灵注射液的研究应用奠定基础。Qingkailing injection is a pure Chinese medicine compound preparation developed on the basis of Angong Niuhuang pill which is a traditional prescription. As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injection, its effects are clearing away heat and toxic material, resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals, waking up and having one＇s ideas straightened out. It is mainly used for the treatment of fever, coma, hemiplegia, confusion.The modem research showed that Qingkailing injection has the effects that clearing heat and resisting inflammation, protecting brain tissue,protecting the liver and reducing aminotransferase and so on. It is widely used in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases. Based on years of published clinical research literature and adverse reaction reports of Qingkailing injection, systematically summarizing and analyzing the clinical application, adverse reactions and safety of of Qingkailing injection, the objective of this research is laying the foundation for further research and application of Qingkailing injection.
