摘　　要：目的分析广西梧州市基本消除疟疾前后的疟疾流行特征,为消除疟疾后期制定监测和管理策略提供科学依据。方法收集1980—2015年梧州市当地居民发热病人及流动人口的疟疾监测资料,采用描述性方法分析梧州市的疟疾流行概况,并对消除疟疾工作进行评价。结果 36年来共血检当地居民发热病例998 808人次,检出疟疾病例406例;病例主要发生在1980—1983年期间,检出350例(86.21%),1990年后无本地病例。共检测流动人口发热病例94 030人次,检出疟疾病例1 241例;其中国内输入1 227例,东南亚境外输入14例;病例主要集中在1980—1983(499例)、1983—1988(195例)和1990—1992年(189例)3个时段,2000年后发病率处于较低水平。结论该市已达到消除疟疾标准,今后需加强对流动人口的疟疾监测,以巩固疟疾防治成果。[Objective][Objective]To provide scientific basis for making monitoring and management strategies after eliminating malaria,through analyzing the epidemiological characteristics of malaria before and after the basic elimination of malaria in Wuzhou City of Guangxi Province.[Methods]The descriptive study was used to analyze the endemic situation of malaria in Wuzhou and evaluate the work of eliminating malaria in the city by collecting the malaria monitoring data of febrile patients among local residents and the floating populations in Wuzhou from 1980-2015.[Results]In past 36 years,406 malaria cases were found from998 808 local febrile patients. 350 cases were found during 1980-1983,accounting for 86.21%,and no local case was reported since 1990. 1 241 malaria cases were found from 94 030 floating febrile patients,1 227 were from domestic cities and 14 from Southeast Asia. The cases mainly concentrated in three periods of 1980-1983（499 cases）,1983-1988（195 cases）and 1990-1992（189 cases）,and the incidence rate was in a low level since 2000.[Conclusion]The standard of eliminating malaria has been reached in the city. It is necessary to strengthen the malaria surveillance in floating population to consolidate the achievement of malaria control.
