摘 要:目的:探讨实施自我管理教育对维持性血液透析患者自我效能的影响。方法:选择2015年1~10月47例维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组23例和对照组24例,对照组采用常规健康教育;观察组采用自我管理教育。分别在干预前后评价两组患者自我效能、SGA评分、营养状况改善状况。结果:干预后两组SGA评分、血红蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总蛋白、白蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前两组自我效能无显著差异,干预后治疗行为问卷和躯体行为问卷观察组较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),饮食行为问卷两组均有上升,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自我管理教育能有效提高患者自我效能,改善患者的营养状况。Objective : To discuss the influence of self - management education on the self - efficacy of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods : Selected 47 maintenance hemodialysis patients from January to October 2015, and they were divided into 23 cases as the observation group and 24 cases as the control group, conventional health education was employed in the control group, and self - management education was used in the control group. Patients in the two groups were evaluated in self - efficacy, SGA score and improvement of nutrition condition before and after interference respectively. Results : After interference, the difference of SGA score and hemoglobin comparison of patients in the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), the difference of total protein, albumin was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Before interference, the difference of self - efficacy of patients in the two groups was not significant, and after interference, the scores of treatment behavior questionnaire and body behavior questionnaire of patients in the observation group increased significantly compared with those of patients in the control group ( P 〈 O. 05 ), the scores of diet behavior questionnaire of patients in both groups increased, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Self - management education could improve the patients' self - efficacy and improve their nutrition condition.
