摘　　要：目的:研究并分析婴幼儿先天性白内障超声乳化吸除术的手术配合方法,为临床护理治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2013年8月~2016年8月收治的先天性白内障患儿68例作为研究对象,患儿均在实施超声乳化吸除术的基础上采用专业化手术配合,观察患儿的手术情况,并统计患儿术中及术后并发症发生情况。结果:本组患儿的手术时间为(10.46±1.41)min。术后患儿的裸眼视力明显高于术前,角膜散光度要低于术前,其对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);本组患儿(72眼)中有1例患儿出现瞳孔上移(1只眼),2例发生角膜水肿(2只眼),并发症发生率为4.41%,经对症处理后并发症临床症状均明显减轻。结论:婴幼儿先天性白内障超声乳化吸除术采取专业化手术配合是保证手术顺利、成功的关键,有利于缩短手术时间,预防相关并发症。Objective：To research and analyze the surgical cooperation method in phaeoemulsification for infant congenital cataract, so as to provide reference for the clinical nursing treatment. Methods： Selected 68 child patients with congenital cataract admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016, and all the child patients received professional surgical cooperation on the basis of phacoemulsification, the surgical situation of the child patients was observed, and the occurring of complications during and after surgery was counted. Results： The surgery time of the child patients was （ 10.46± 1.41 ） min. After surgery, the uncorrected visual acuity of child patients was significantly improved compared with that before surgery, the corneal astigmatism was lower than that before surgery, and the comparison was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Among the child patients （72 eyes）, one had pupil dislocation （ 1 eye） ,2 had corneal edema （2 eyes） , with complication incidence rate of 4.41% , and after treatment according to the symptom, the clinical complications decreased significantly. Conclusion： The professional surgical cooperation in the phacoemulsification for infant congenital cataract was the key to success and successful surgery , and was beneficial to shorten the surgical time and prevent relevant complications.
