摘　　要：目的:探讨院感监督对ICU护士标准预防落实情况及减少院内交叉感染的效果。方法:本院ICU属于综合性ICU,具有层流净化空气系统,目前开放病床8张,具有执业护士20名。选择2014年7月~2016年6月20名护理人员为研究对象,2015年7月实施院感监督标准预防落实情况,比较实施前后20名护理人员标准预防落实情况、标准预防主要内容得分情况。结果:实施后护士标准预防主要内容得分、标准预防落实情况得分均显著优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU护士中开展标准预防管理,能更好地落实标准预防中的手卫生和预防针刺伤,减少院内交叉感染。Objective ：To discuss the effect of hospital supervision on implementation of standard prevention by ICU nurses to reduce the cross infection in the hospital. Methods ： The ICU in our hospital is a comprehensive ICU equipped with a laminar flow air purification system, 8 sickbeds in service, and 20 licensed nurses. Selected 20 nurses from July 2014 to June 2016 and they were taken as objects of research. Hospital supervision on implementation of standard prevention was carried out in July 2015, and then these 20 nurses were compared in implementation of standard prevention and main content scoring of standard prevention before and after application. Results： The nurses＇ main content scoring of standard prevention and implementation of standard prevention were significantly superior to those before application （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Through development of standard prevention management among ICU nurses, it was able to better implement the hand hygiene and pricking wound prevention in standard prevention, so as to reduce the cross infection in the hospital.
