摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定富马酸异哌丙吡仑的含量。色谱柱为 DIKMATMRPC18(4 .6 mm× 2 0 cm,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .5 %十二烷基硫酸钠 -三乙胺 (5 5∶ 4 5∶ 0 .2 ) ,用冰醋酸调 p H值至 7.0± 0 .1;流速为 1.0 m L/ min,检测波长为 2 6 5 nm。该方法回收率为 99.8% ,RSD=0 .4 4%。富马酸异哌丙吡仑在浓度为0 .0 5 92 8— 0 .1383mg/ m L范围内线性关系良好。相关系数为 r=0 .9997。该方法操作简便 ,结果准确可靠。A method for the determination of isopropiram fumarate by RP high performance liquid chromatography is described. The operating conditions were Diamonsil TM C18 column (5μ,4.6mm i.d. ×20cm),acetonitrile 0.5%sodium laurylsulfate triethylamine(55∶45∶0.2 with acetic acid glacial to adjust pH 7.0)as mobile phase,a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and UV detection at 265nm.The calibration curve is linear over a range of 0.05928—0.1383mg/mL with relationship coefficient of 0.9997. The average recovery is 99.8%and the RSD is 0.44%.The method is simple,accurate and suitable for routine analysis.
