摘  要:为解决无底柱分段崩落法产生的矿石贫化率高、品位和回采率低的问题,镜铁山矿桦树沟矿区在多年的实践基础上,结合低贫化放矿基本原理,提出并采用截止品位和出矿总量控制相结合放矿方法。实践表明,新放矿方法效果优于传统的截止品位放矿,实现了矿石回采率的提高和矿石质量的稳定,同时3个分段达到了低贫化放矿方式预期的矿石贫化率降低的效果。新方法是对低贫化放矿"一步到位"、"质量过渡"和"数量过渡"等具体实施方式的有效补充,且便于推广应用,是实现无底柱分段崩落法低贫化放矿的有效途径。In order to solve the problems of high ore dilution rate, low grade and low recovery rate of non-pillar sublevel caving method, based on the practical results from many years of Huashugou mining area of Jingtieshan mine, combing with the low-dilution drawing principle, the ore drawing method com- bing with cut-off grade controlling and total ore removal controlling is proposed. The application results show that the ore drawing effective is superior to the cut-off grade drawing method, the goal of the in- creasing of ore recovery rate and stability of ore quality are realized, the low-dilution ore drawing effect of the three sections is equivalent to the desired effect. The new ore drawing method proposed in this paper is the effective supplement of the special implementation ways ( " settle a matter at one go" , " quality transition" and "number transition") of low-dilution ore drawing method, and it is convenient for popu- larization and application, which is the effective way to realize the goal of low-dilution ore drawing of non- pillar sublevel caving method.
