摘  要:通过对徐楼铁矿尾砂处置方案对比分析,确定采用全尾砂胶结充填采空区,为了给井下充填提供准确的指导数据,采用采充平衡计算分析、充填料浆强度配比试验、充填体抗压强度测试等手段对徐楼铁矿尾矿胶结充填技术进行了详细的研究,并对其充填工艺进行了介绍,采用质量浓度71.5%~73%、水灰比1∶4或1∶6的水泥、尾砂充填料浆,适用于地下充填,且配比最为经济合理,经充填体岩心取样抗压强度测试,其抗压强度均能满足设计要求。结果对同类矿山具有很好的现实指导意义。The total tailings cementing backfilling technique is adopted to deal with the goal in Xu- lou iron mine by conduct comparison and analysis of the tailings disposal schemes of the mine. In order to provide reliable basis for the underground filling, the tailings cementing backfilling technique of Xulou i- ron mine is study in detail by adopting the computational analysis method of the equilibrium between min- ing and filling, test of intensity ratio of filling slurry and test of comprehensive strength of filling body. Besides that, concentration the backfilling process is also analyzed. The cement and tailings is 71.5% -73%, the water cement ratio which is 1 : 4 or 1 : 6 filling slurry with the mass is suitable for underground filling, and the composition proportion of the filling slurry is reasonable. The test results of the compre- hensive strength of core samples of the filling body show that the comprehensive strength of the filling body can meet the filling design requirements. The above analysis results of this paper can provide some reference for the similar mines.
