摘 要:安徽某多金属铜矿石铜品位0.96%,硫品位7.30%,含金0.28 g/t、银16.3 g/t,硫、金、银达到综合利用标准。铜主要以硫化铜的形式赋存于黄铜矿中,氧化率较低,硫主要存在于磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿中。对该矿石进行选矿试验,通过采用1粗2精2扫优先浮铜—浮铜尾矿2粗2精2扫选硫、中矿顺序返回闭路浮选,最终可获得铜精矿品位19.29%、回收率91.75%,硫精矿硫品位37.70%、回收率61.01%的良好指标,同时在铜精矿和硫精矿中富集了回收率分别为75.06%、87.04%的金、银,实现了有价金属金、银的综合回收,提高了资源利用率。试验结果可为该多金属铜矿石的开发利用提供技术依据。There is 0.96% Cu,7.30% S,0.28 g/t Au, 16.3 g/t Ag in a copper-polymetallic ore from Anhui Province, sulfur, gold, silver reach the comprehensive standards. Copper mainly exists in chal- eopyrite in form of copper sulfide, oxygenation rate is low, sulfur mainly exists in pyrrhotite and pyrite. By one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging copper preferential flotation, tailings of copper flotation via two roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging sulfur flotation, middlings back to the flowsheet in turn process, copper concentrate contains 19. 29% Cu, recovery rate of 91.75%, and sulfur concentrate contains 37.70% S,recovery rate of 61.02% was obtained. At the same time,there is 75.06% gold,87.04% sil- ver enriched in copper concentrate and sulfur concentrate respectively, comprehensive recovery of valuable element Au, Ag was realized,increased the resource utilization rate, can provide technique basis for devel- opment and utilization of the eopper-polymetallic ore.
