摘  要:程潮铁矿选厂中碎13~65 mm粒级干抛精矿铁品位43.30%,细碎后新生成脉石或低品位矿块。对其再次抛尾可进一步降低入磨量、提高入磨品位。在分析细碎排矿和闭路细碎-13 mm筛下产品粒级组成的基础上,进行干选抛尾工艺参数试验和工艺流程对比试验。结果表明,在挡板竖直(与筒体表面间距7 cm)、皮带速度0.6 m/s、细碎排矿口24 mm、磁选磁场强度192 k A/m条件下,通过细碎排矿不水洗干选抛尾流程处理,最终精矿铁品位46.41%、尾矿含铁6.18%,抛尾产率7.73%;综合考虑技术指标和经济效益,细碎排矿直接干选抛尾工艺筛分负荷较小,适宜用作该选厂的细碎—干选抛尾工艺流程,并可供类似选厂参考。Chengchao Iron Plant secondary crushing 13 -65 mm graded dry discarding concentrate with iron grade of 43.30%, gangue or low grade ore block was newly produced after finely crushing. Sec- ond discarding on the finely crushing products can further reduce the feed quantity, improving feed grade. Comparison test of dry separation parameters test and process was conducted, based on the analy- sis of fraction composition of finely crushing products and closed-circuit finely crushing - 13 mm undersize products. Results show that with vertical baffle (with space 7 cm to the cylinder surface), belt speed 0. 6 m/s, fine crushing throat 24 mm, magnetic field intensity of 192 kA/m, concentrate with iron grade of 46.41%, tailings of 6.18% iron, tail yield rate 7.73% ; Considering technical indexes and economic benefit, classification load is small by fine crushing products dry separation and discarding tailings process, is suitable as process of fine crushing-dry separation tails discarding, and can provide reference for similar mill plant.
