摘 要:煎茶岭镍矿充填采用自流输送技术,充填强度等级要求高,采用河砂作为充填骨料,生产成本较高,同时受环保政策影响。为降低生产成本,保障骨料来源,对煎茶岭周边铁尾矿进行市场调研分析,并对质量浓度为72%~82%充填料开展了强度、流变试验。结果表明,铁尾矿作为充填骨料料浆质量浓度低于73%时,充填体各龄期强度不能达到生产要求;质量浓度高于79%时,料浆阻力损失较大,无法满足自流输送;最终确定料浆浓度为73%~79%铁尾矿物理力学性能满足要求,能够作为下向胶结充填采矿法充填骨料。The self-flowing transportation technique is adopted in the filling process in Jianchaling nickel mine, the filling intensity grade is high. The river sand is used as filling aggregate which cost higher, the environmental policy is also the most influence factor of the filling engineering in the mine. In order to decrease the production cost and ensure the aggregate sources, the market investigation and anal- ysis of iron tailings around the Jiachaling area is conducted, and the strength and rheological tests of the filling material with the mass concentration 72% - 82% is carried out. The study results show that when the mass concentration of filling slurry which filling aggregate is iron tailings is lower than 73% , the strength of all each ages of filling body cannot meet the requirements of production; when the mass con- centration of filling slurry is high than 79% , the slurry resistance loss is more, so it is not meet the re- quirements of self-flowing transportation. Based on the above analysis results, the physical and mechanics characteristics of the iron railings filling slurry with the mass concentration is 73% - 79% can meet the production requirements, which can be taken as the filling aggregation of downward cemented filling min- ing method.
