区域综合医院与国外医学院合作的实践与探讨

摘　　要：随着医学教育的不断国际化,国内医院与国外医院建立合作,接收外国医学生来中国医院实习是大势所趋。与国际知名医学院校合作,有助于扩大医院的影响力,提升医院的国际化水平,有助于医院的学科发展和人才培养。本文就浙江省一家地市级综合医院与瑞典国际知名医学院成功开展合作的实践与同行医院分享探讨,以期为今后建立并规范其他国际合作提供借鉴。With the globalization of medical education, it is a trend that more domestic hospitals are going to cooperate with foreign hospitals and admitting more international medical interns. This kind of cooperation benefits not only hospital＇s influence, improves its international level but also benefits hospital development and talent training. This article gave an introduction of the successful cooperation between a regional general hospital in Zhejiang province and a Sweden internationally renowned medical university in hope of further discussion and providing reference for the establishment and standardization of other international cooperation in future.
