采用PDCA降低包药机调剂差错率的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨降低包药机调剂差错率的方法。方法采用PDCA管理法对包药机调剂差错进行管理分析,分析存在问题并制订措施、检查和处理,最后评价管理成效。结果针对存在问题提出改进措施,包括:工作环境、维护保养、监控管理等。PDCA管理法实施前差错率高达0.51%,实施后差错率<0.2%,达到预期目标。结论降低了包药机调剂差错率,同时减少了人员的工作量,利用PDCA循环改善我院口服药分包错误效果显著,证明这一管理方法适用于医院药品管理,值得推广。Objective To discuss the method of reducing dispensing errors of medicine packing machine. Methods PDCA management method was used to manage and analyze the problems of dispensing errors of medicine packing machine. Management effectiveness was evaluated after formulating measures, check-up and handling these problems. Results Suggested measures included working environment, maintenance, monitoring and management. The error rate before the implementation of PDCA management method was up to 0.51% while was less than 0.2% after the implementation, which reached the expectation. Conclusion PDCA management reduced dispensing errors of medicine packing machine and staffs＇ workload. It had a significant effect in reducing the subcontracting error of oral medication in our hospital, which proved that this management method was suitable for hospital management and worthy of promotion.
