摘　　要：目的利用医院信息技术,改善临床用药安全。方法介绍信息技术在临床合理用药管理中的应用,主要从药物超浓度、药物溶媒选择、用量剂量与数量、高风险药品管理及其他等方面进行改进和完善。结果随着合理用药管理系统的使用,处方合格率明显提高,用药错误发生率降低,用药适宜性得到进一步规范。结论信息技术能改善临床用药安全,提高医院药事管理工作效率。Objective To improve clinical medication safety with information technology. Methods The application of information technology in rational clinical medication administration was introduced. Drug super-concentration, drug solvent selection, dosage and quantity, high-risk drug administration and other aspects were improved and perfected. Results After the application of rational medication administration system, the prescription qualified rate was significantly improved and the incidence of dosing error was decreased. The suitability of medication was further standardized. Conclusion Information technology could improve clinical medication safety and enhance hospital pharmacy management efficiency.
