摘　　要：由于部分铁路项目涉及房建工程,因此,文章对铁路项目中房建工程软土地基施工进行研究,分析了软土地基的性质特点,并主要阐述了软土地基的深层水泥搅拌桩、深层石灰搅拌桩、砂垫层和砂石垫层换填、表层排水法等施工方法。通过对这些施工方法的分析,文章期望能为铁路项目中房建工程软土地基的施工提供一定的参考。As house building was involved in some railway projects, this article studies the house building methods on soft soil foundation of the railway project by analyzing the characteristics of the soft soil foundation and elaborating the construction methods concerning deep cement mixing pile, deep lime mixing pile, sand cushion and sand-gravel cushion replacement, surface drainage method and so on. Through the analysis of these construction methods, it is expected to provide some reference for the construction of house building construction on soft soil foundation of railway projects.
