摘　　要：介绍了氨纶的分子结构及对产品性能的影响,讨论了生产工艺、原料、助剂及熟化过程等因素对氨纶产品的性能影响以及氨纶差别化产品开发研究的理论基础,概括了可以应用于开展氨纶表征分析研究的基本方法及对样品可能带来的影响。The molecular structure characteristics of Spandex and its effects on product performance were in-troduced. The influences of production process,raw materials,additives and curing procedure on the perfor-mance of Spandex products were discussed. The theoretical basis of differentiated Spandex product develop-ment was discussed. The basic methods could be applied to carry out research and analysis on the character-ization of Spandex samples and its influences were summarized.
