摘  要:研究了Bi、Mn变质对过共晶铝硅合金组织的影响。结果表明:经3.4%Bi元素变质后,过共晶铝硅合金中的初生硅尺寸明显变大,经3%Mn元素变质后,组织中初晶硅形貌并没有改变,棱角仍很尖锐,而共晶硅则都由长针状变成短棒状或颗粒状。加入合金元素后都形成了复合相,消耗了P的变质作用,减少了初晶硅的异质核心,使初晶硅尺寸变大,同时减少了共晶硅所占比例。The Effect of Bi and Mn Metamorphism on Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy Organization is studied. The results show that the size of the primary Si in hypereutectic Al-Si alloy becomes significantly larger after adding 3.4% Bi element. The morphology of the primary Si in the microstructure whose edges are sharp doesn't change and the shape of eutectic Si is short rod or graininess. Compound phase is formed after adding alloy elements to consume the effect of P metamorphism and decrease heterogeneous nuclei of the primary Si. So the size of the primary Si becomes larger and the proportion of eutectic Si is reduced.
