摘　　要：45-55岁围绝经期女性口干症的患病率在50%以上。口干症的发生与唾液腺功能障碍有关,唾液减少可造成口腔的自洁作用减弱,患龋风险随之升高,严重危害口腔健康。本文主要就围绝经期唾液腺的改变及口干的发生机制进行综述。Oral dryness prevalence is more than 50% in the 45 to 55-year-old perimenopausal women and often relates with the salivary dysfunction. Due to the dysfunction of the salivary glands, in perimenopausal women the immune function of oral cavity decreases and the risk of caries increases. It will threaten the oral health seriouly. This paper reviews the effect of perimenopause in salivary glands and the mechanisms of oral dryness during perimenopause.
