摘 要:改革《聚合物成型工艺学》和《高分子材料生产加工设备》课程教学,要明确高分子材料的工程特性,把握和理解材料制品性能与材料本身的性能、成型加工方法、加工工艺和加工设备的关系;要明确课程教学主线,围绕课程主线组织教学内容,并结合课程特征采取灵活教学方法;在授课过程中,既强调培养学生解决实际问题的能力,又不忽视基础理论知识,强化学生的综合素质,取得了良好的效果。In order to reform the course of Polymer Molding Technology and Polymer Material Production and Processing Equipment, it was needed to make clear the engineering characteristics of polymer materials, grasp and understand the relationship between the performance of material products and the properties of materials, form the teaching method about the processing technology and the processing equipment. The course made clear main line, organized teaching content around this main line, and adopted flexible teaching methods combined with the characteristics of the course. In the process of teaching, it would not only stress the ability of students to solve practical problems and not to ignore the basic theoretical knowledge, but also strengthen the comprehensive quality of students in the course of teaching. Good results were achieved.
