国际比较视角下老龄产业发展路径研究——以辽宁为例

摘　　要：作为全国重要工业基地的辽宁,在机械、电子领域产业优势明显,在新一轮的产业升级改造过程中,应有超前思维,把一些没有市场前途的产品放弃掉,引导部分产业向老龄产业方向转型,通过引进、消化、吸收、开发等方式,最终形成完整的老龄产业链,以世界眼光吸纳先进资源和要素,充分发挥政府的引领作用,在利用外资的政策制定方面应该有所侧重,通过招商引资、招商引智方式,吸纳外资、国内民间资本以及招聘国内外精英投入到老龄产业领域中。Liaoning, as an important national industrial base, has a great advantage in the fields of mechanics and electronics. In the new round of industrial upgrading and reforming, it should get rid of the production of those products without market and turn to the aging industry, with an eye on the future. A complete chain of aging industry should be set up by a series of steps such as introduction, digestion, absorption and development. The leading role of the government fully played, advanced resources and elements adopted with a global horizon, it should have a focus on the foreign investment in policy making. By various means, more and more foreign or domestic investment and talents should flow into the field of aging industry.
