摘　　要：特色小镇作为当前区域经济发展中较为特殊的空间单元,对于促进区域创新发展具有重要的意义。通过运用SWOT法分析,认为浙江特色小镇具有产业特色、区位因素和品牌优势,经济基础雄厚,同时得到了各级政府支持,旅游发展契机成熟,但旅游发展要素配置不足,地域空间狭小和管理体系没有理顺。因此,特色小镇旅游开发要抓住机遇,挖掘文化旅游资源,坚持"多规合一",理顺管理体系,突出独特性,加强产业与旅游互动,确定科学合理的旅游发展模式,融入区域旅游网络。As a spatial unity in the current regional economic development, the characteristic small towns attach great importance for our province to promote the development of innovative.Through the analysis of the SWOT Analysis, this paper believes that the characteristic town with solid economic foundation, industry characteristics, locational factor and brand advantage,is supported by governments at all levels＇and have mature development oppommities.But it also has some problems, such as lack of advanced tourism resources, weak tourism development base, Narrow region space and multiple management. So the tourism development of characteristic town must seize the oppommity,set a scientitic and suitable tourism development pattern,rationalize management system and stick to the principle of multi rule in one, develop the characteristics, explore the cultural tourism resouces,smengthen the interaction between industry and tourism and intergreate into regional tourism network.
