摘　　要：目的探讨MRI对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择2015年1月—12月我院收治的15例前列腺癌患者,回顾性分析其MRI检查情况。结果 15例患者均在B超引导下进行穿刺活检确诊为前列腺癌,所有患者均未发生远处转移。穿刺前MRI检查阳性者9例,占60.0%,MRI表现为前列腺正常形态消失,并被等长T_2团块影取代,DWI呈高信号,增强扫描早期呈明显强化,时间信号强度呈速升速降型,阴性6例,占40.0%。结论 MRI对前列腺癌具有较高的诊断率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the diagnostic value of MRI imaging of prostate cancer. Methods Between January 2015 and December 15 of our hospital patients with prostate cancer by MRI scan and strengthen the inspection, analysis to assess the diagnostic value of MRI in prostate cancer. Results 15 cases of patients were carried out under ultrasound guided biopsy diagnosed with prostate cancer, all patients are without distant metastases, piercing before MRI was 9 cases （60.0%）, MRI of normal form of prostate disappeared, and was replaced by the isometric T： mass shadow, DWI has high signal,can early enhancement scanning is obviously improved,time signal intensity is speed up the downhill,negative and 6 cases （40.0%）.Conclusion MRI imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer has higher diagnosis rate, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
