中药外敷联合淋巴引流技术治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药外敷联合淋巴引流技术对乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1—12月沈阳军区总医院肿瘤科收治的乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者80例,随机分为联合组和常规组,每组各40例。常规组患者给予淋巴引流技术,并配合局部肢体功能锻炼;联合组给予中药外敷联合淋巴引流技术治疗并配合局部肢体功能锻炼。治疗3周后,通过测量双臂臂围差值、疼痛程度、患者生活质量评分评价临床疗效。结果治疗3周,联合组左右臂臂围差值明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组VAS评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组生活质量评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于常规组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合淋巴引流技术治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with lymphatic drainage on postoperative upper limb edema of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 80 cases of postoperative upper limb edema who were admitted from January 2016 to December 2016. The patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the conventional group,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the convention group were treated with lymphatic drainage technique combined with local limb functional exercise; the patients in the combination group were treated with external application of Chinese medicine combined with lymphatic drainage and local limb function.After 3 weeks of treatment,the adverse effects were evaluated by measuring the difference in the arms,the degree of pain,and the quality of life of the patients. Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the difference between left and right arm of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group（P〈0. 05）; the VAS score of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group after treatment（P〈0. 05）; the score of quality of life in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of the combination group（95. 00%） was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（82. 5%）,all the differences had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lymphatic drainage on the treatment of postoperative upper limb edema of breast cancer is remarkable and deserves clinical promotion.
