舒适护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查并发症预防中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理干预降低无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中并发症的效果。方法选择本科行无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的患者120例,采用数字随机表法将患者分为常规护理组和舒适护理组,各60例。比较2组患者情绪状态(焦虑抑郁评分)、检查过程中的配合情况、并发症情况,检查结束后留观期间恢复情况,患者检查期间护理满意度。结果舒适护理组患者检查前焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),检查过程中的配合度得分、对检查期间的满意率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以降低并发症发生率,提升患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in prevention of complications due to painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Methods A total of 120 patients with painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comfortable nursing group,60 cases in each group. Anxiety and depression score,cooperation status and complications,recovery,nursing satisfaction degree were compared. Results Before the examination,the anxiety score,depression score,and incidence rate of complications in routine nursing group were significantly worse than the comfortable nursing group（ P〈 0. 05）,the satisfaction degree of nursing and cooperation were worse than the comfortable nursing group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
