综合皮肤护理干预对连续性血液净化技术救治重症药物疹患者预后的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察连续性血液净化技术救治重症药物疹患者采取综合皮肤护理干预的疗效。[方法]将56例连续性血液净化治疗的重症药物疹患者,随机分为常规皮肤护理组(常规组)和综合皮肤护理干预组(干预组),观察两组患者治疗第15天皮疹改善程度。[结果]干预组的皮疹改善率达89.29%,对照组则为60.71%,其差异具有统计学意义。[结论]干预组能有效地提高重症药物疹患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification treatment of severe drug eruption patients taking comprehensive nursing intervention of the skin. [ Methods ] 56 patients with continuous blood purification treatment in patients with severe drug eruption were randomly divided into routine nursing group （ routine group） of skin and skin comprehensive nursing intervention group （ intervention group）, and the improvement degree of the skin rash of the two groups patients was observed for the fifteenth day. [Results]The improvement rate of skin rash in the intervention group was 89.29%, while the control group was 60.71%, the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The intervention group can effectively improve the patients＇ treatment effect with severe drug rash, and it is worthy of clinical application.
