摘 要:根据既往文献的启示打开跨部门协同的"黑箱",在绩效的话语体系下探究跨部门协同绩效作用机制。基于迁移思维引入了组织行为学中指向个体层面的相关概念和理论,以深圳市G区的主要职能部门为样本收集了交叉来源数据,运用绩效结构理论和调节聚焦理论进行了案例分析。研究发现:公共组织参与跨部门协同的行为属于非任务绩效;在面临跨部门协同的压力时,成就感、收益预期作为促进聚焦会正向强化公共组织追求非任务绩效的努力,安全感、信任水平和资源充裕性作为预防因素会负向强化公共组织追求非任务绩效的努力;非任务绩效对跨部门协同绩效具有积极影响。The aim of this paper lies in opening the dark box of cross-agency collaboration and exploring the mechanism in context of performance. It introduced related concepts and theories from organizational behavior, collected cross-sources data from the main of performance construction and departments of District G in Shenzhen, and also analyzed cases by theories regulatory-focus. The behavior of public organization participating cross- agency collaboration belongings to non-task performance, the promoting focus as perception of success and the prospect for revenue can positively reinforce the efforts to pursuing non-task performance, while the prevention focus as perception of security, level of confidence and the abundant in resource can negatively reinforce the efforts, by facing the pressures from cross-agency collaboration. The non-task performance has positive effect on cross-agency collaboration performance.
