我院2015年门诊处方国家基本药物点评分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院基本药物使用情况、进一步深化执行国家基本药物制度、促进临床优先使用基本药物。方法随机抽样门诊处方1200张,将处方信息记录在基本药物专项信息表内并进行处方点评。结果门诊处方合理率为98.2%(1179/1200),不合理处方21张(1.8%),基本药物的处方占43.0%,单张处方使用基本药物的品种数为0.7,基本药物销售金额占9.2%,未优先使用基本药物处方占17.0%。结论医院门诊处方比较规范,临床医师选用基本药物的积极性及控制药物费用的主动性偏低,基本药物使用率尚待提高。Objective To understand the hospital basic drug usage,further deepen the execution of national system for basic drugs and promote the clinical use of basic drugs. Methods Random sampling 1200 outpatient prescriptions,prescribing information records within the special information table of essential medicines and prescription comment. Results The reasonable rate of outpatient prescription was 98. 2%（ 1179 /1200）,the irrational medicine prescriptions was 21（ 1. 8%）,the basic prescription drugs accounted for 43. 0%,single prescription medicine number of varieties of 0. 7,base medicine sales amount is 9. 2%,not the priority use of basic drugs prescribed percentage was 17. 0%. Conclusion The Hospital outpatient prescription is reasonable use,clinicians to choose the enthusiasm of basic drugs and drug cost control initiatives on the low side,the basic drug utilization needs to be improved.
