摘　　要：目的 探讨全方位护理对前列腺肿瘤粒子植入手术患者围术期并发症发生率及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年6月在本院实施前列腺肿瘤粒子植入手术的患者30例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各15例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施围术期全方位护理,观察两组并发症发生率、生活质量及护理满意率.结果 研究组粒子移位、尿道急性损伤、直肠损伤等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.研究组总体健康状况、功能量表、症状量表等评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对前列腺肿瘤粒子植入手术患者实施围术期全方位护理能降低并发症发生率、改善生活质量,提高护理满意率,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on the incidence of complications and the quality of life of the patients with prostate cancer particles implantation surgery. Methods A total of 30 cases of patients with prostate tumor particles implantation surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 15 cases of each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given comprehensive nursing care in perioperative period. The incidence rate of complications, qual-ity of life and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of particle displacement, urethral injury, rectal injury and other complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . The overall health status, function scale and symptom scale of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . The to-tal satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions The perioperative nursing care can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, and improve the rate of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinic application.
