摘 要:呋喃甲醛是由生物质水解得到的一种重要绿色化工原料,广泛应用于化工生产、材料制造、食品工业等行业,在能源与环境问题日益突出的今天,其研究越来越引起人们的重视。简便、快速及准确的呋喃甲醛测定方法的建立具有重要的现实意义,其中,组成复杂的样品不经分离而直接测定呋喃甲醛的方法成为一项重要的研究内容。本文综述了目前国内外呋喃甲醛测定方法的研究进展,主要介绍了化学法、紫外分光光度法、色谱法等。在各种方法中,紫外分光光度法、色谱法是目前应用范围最广的方法。另外化学计量学、固相微萃取、离子迁移谱等技术在呋喃甲醛测定中的应用也取得了一定的研究进展。With global oil production flattening out,attention is being increasingly drawn to the use of renewable resources for the production of alternative products.Furfural produced from biomass is regarded as important green chemical stock.There is increasing demand for furfural in different fields, such as the oil refining,plastics,pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries.Researches on furfural are attracting more attention.Simple,rapid,and precise determination methods of furfural are significant,among which,furfural determination of complex samples without pre-separation becomes an important research work.In this paper,the research progress on determination of furfural was reviewed,with focus on chemistry method,ultraviolet spectrophotometry method,chromatography method,etc.Among various determination methods,the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and chromatography methods are the most widely applied techniques at present.Application of stoichiometry,solid phase micro extraction and ion mobility spectroscopy in the determination of furfural also made certain progress.
