摘　　要：本文回顾了中国社会养老保险基金的形成过程和发展的不同阶段所采用的基金运作模式,并指出现阶段养老保险基金存在的问题,在此基础上提出了相应的政策性建议。This article retrospects the process of old age insurance fund establishment and the fund-operating model in different developing phases, and points out the existing problems of the insurance fund.Some relative political suggestions are put forward.
