摘　　要：对谈梳理了"上海计划"这一城市研究项目的意图、对象和工作方式。"上海计划"面对的是当代上海城市快速发展过程中建筑和空间所呈现的诸多问题,并希望通过对日常城市空间的研究获得建筑学的新认识。田林新村和航运新村是"上海计划"的两个研究课题,因此文章也讨论了工人新村的空间特征和转向。最后,"上海计划"对城市和建筑提出了12条宣言式的建议。Four architects introduce the aim, object and methodology of Shanghai Project （SHP） in the form of a conversation. It is an urban study project focusing on the situation and contradiction of architecture and space in contemporaryShanghai. Through relearning from the city, four architects try to re-understand Shanghai and to explore new knowledge of architecture. Through introducing Tianlin and Hangyun Villages, the two SHP projects, the conversation discusses the spatial characters and transformations of Workers＇ Villages. In conclusion, twelve points concerning urban architecture are proposed as the manifesto of Shanghai Project.
