摘　　要：依据物流服务能力的科学性、成长性、系统性和可比性,加上对天津一些国际物流公司服务能力的实地考察,得出影响天津国际物流服务能力的因素,采用AHP方法,按照影响程度对这些因素进行分类后得到4个一级影响因素和17个二级影响因素,然后根据各层次权重对这些影响因素进行实证分析,最终根据实证结果提出对接天津自贸区后如何提升天津国际物流服务能力的建议。In this paper, according to the growth potential, systematicity and comparability of logistics services and in connection with a field survey of the logistics service competence of several international logistics service suppliers in Tianjin, we isolated the factors influencing the international logistics service capacity of Tianjin, and used the AHP to classify them into four primary indexes and 17 secondary indexes; then we analyzed the indexes empirically according to the weighting of the different hierarchies; and at the end, according to the result of the empirical study, we presented some suggestions to improve the international logistics service capacity of the Tianjin Free Trade Zone.
