摘 要:为了抑制稠油油藏蒸汽驱汽窜提高井组油汽比,针对辽河油田齐40区块中深层稠油油藏蒸汽驱生产特点,在室内进行了薄膜扩展剂耐温发泡性能及封堵性能评价,通过对自交联微球耐温老化前后的电镜照片等进行对比探索微球逐级深部调驱机理,用单填砂管模型研究了自交联微球在油藏深部的进入、封堵、突破及二次封堵能力,用三管并联模型进行了封堵及驱油实验;证实了薄膜扩展剂的发泡性能、半衰期、阻力因子及微球的膨胀、封堵及驱油性能,能适应蒸汽驱的温度条件;并以此为基础设计了薄膜扩展剂与微球深部调驱现场试验方案,实施后蒸汽驱井组见到了较好的生产效果,为抑制汽窜,提高汽驱井组油汽比奠定了基础。In order to prevent the steam channeling in heavy oil reservoir steam flooding and improve the well group oil-steam ratio, in the light of the production characteristics of the steam flooding in the middle-deep heavy oil res- ervoirs in Block Qi40 of Liaohe Oilfield, the evaluations of the heat-resistance, foaming and sealing performances were conducted for the membrane expanding agent in the lab., by means of comparing between the electron micros- copy photographs of the self-crosslinked microspheres before and after the aging of the heat resistance, the step-by- step depth profile-control and flooding mechanism was explored, with the help of the single sand-filed pipe model, the injecting, sealing, breakthrough and secondary sealing capacities of the self-crosslinked microspheres in the deep parts of the reservoirs were researched, and moreover by means of the three-pipe parallel model, the sealing and displacing experiments were conducted; thus the foaming performance, half-life, resistance factors and expan- ding-plugging-flooding performances of the membrane expanding agent were confirmed, and moreover the agent can meet the requirements of the steam flooding temperature ; and furthermore on the basis of the above, the field testing program was designed for the depth profile control and flooding of the membrane expanding agent-microspheres, and the field test was successfully implemented, after the steam flooding, the well groups have achieved much better production effects. Therefore, the basements have been laid for the prevention of the steam channeling and enhance- ment of the oil-steam ratio of the steam-flooded well groups.
