摘 要:过热蒸汽注入油层后,经历了从过热蒸汽到湿蒸汽再到热水的相态变化过程,在加热区内形成过热区、蒸汽区和热水区,因此以注普通湿蒸汽为基础的传统加热半径计算模型对其不再适用。为了准确计算注过热蒸汽的加热半径,结合注过热蒸汽过程中油层温度分布的实际情况,根据瞬时热平衡原理,构建了一个新的稠油油藏注过热蒸汽加热半径计算模型。结果表明:新模型计算结果与CMG STARS数值模拟计算结果吻合较好,最大相对误差为7.4%,新模型具有正确性;虽然提高井底蒸汽过热度对扩大加热区范围并无明显作用,但其能有效增大井筒附近过热区半径。After injecting the superheated steam into the oil reservoir, the following phase change process occurs: from superheated steam transforming into wet steam and hot water, and the superheated zone, steam zone and hot water zone are generated in the heated area. Therefore, the traditional heated-radius calculating models on the basis of the common wet steam injection are not applicable any more. In order to accurately calculate the heated radius during the superheated steam injection, combining with the actual formed temperature distribution of the oil layers in the process of the superheated steam injection, and moreover with the help of the instantaneous energy conserva- tion principle, a new heated radius calculating model was established for the superheated steam injection of the heavy oil reservoir. The results show that there is much better coincidence for the calculated results between the new model and CMG STARS numerical simulation, the maximum relative error is 7.4%, thus the correctness of this model is verified; although the increase of the steam superheat degree at the bottom of the well has no significant impact on enlarging the heated block, it can effectively expand the radius of superheated zone nearby the borehole.
