摘 要:采用湿法工艺对马铃薯残渣进行氧化/醚化改性,探讨了反应条件对改性产物性能的影响,并对反应条件和合成体系进行优化;并考察了改性产物对改善废纸脱墨浆回用过程中细小组分助留助滤性能和成纸性能的影响。结果表明:马铃薯渣氧化实验的最优条件为:过氧化氢用量6%,催化剂用量0.12%,反应温度45℃,反应时间50min,pH=4.0;醚化反应最优条件为:碱化时间30min,m_(NaOH):m_(CTPTAC)=2.0,m_(CHPTMA):m_(OPR)=0.4,反应时间3~4h,反应温度50℃,反应溶剂为乙醇或异丙醇;改性助剂的添加可以明显改善废纸浆回用过程中的助留助滤效果。改性助剂最佳用量为1.0%~1.2%。浆料pH值、DDJ的转速和接触时间对助剂添加的作用效果影响较大,而对电导率的影响较小。马铃薯渣改性助剂可明显改善手抄片的物理强度和纸页匀度。In this study,potato residue derivative was successfully synthesized by wet process. The effects of reaction conditions on product properties were investigated so that the optimum process conditions were also determined.And such a derivative product was used in deinked pulp to improve the the retention,drainage and handsheet physical properties on deinked pulp recycling. The impact foctors of the improvement,including p H value,conductivity,the time and shearing force,were also investagated. The results showed that: the optimization parameters of oxidization modified were described as follows: the dosage of H2O2 was about 6%,reaction temperature was about45℃,the dosage of catalyst was 0. 12%,pH value was about 4. 0,reaction time was 45min; the optimization condition of oxidization modified as follows: concentration of substrate about 10%,mCHPTMA: mPCD= 0. 4 0. 5: 1,m NaOH: m CHPTMA = 2. 0,reaction time was about 3 hours,reaction temperature was 50℃. Without any fillers and additives consistent at the actual plant conditions,the product which was added to the stock shows excellent retention and drainage performance in deinked pulp recycling and the optimum adding dosage was about 1. 2% on pulp. The retention and drainage were significantly affected by p H value,contact time and DDJ rotate speed,and less affected by conductivity. Furthermore,the addition of the synthesized product in handsheets making showed a significant positive impact on paper strength and formation.
