摘  要:目的研究2016年内蒙古长爪沙鼠疫源地化德县鼠疫耶尔森菌(以下简称鼠疫菌)生态及差异片段(DFR)基因型分布及流行特征。方法对鼠疫菌进行分离培养,并进行糖醇酵解试验确定其生态型,采用水煮法提取鼠疫菌DNA,引物根据文献报道鼠疫菌DFR分型的23对引物序列由生物公司合成,采用PCR技术对鼠疫菌DFR的23个位点进行扩增,然后进行PCR产物电泳分析。结果甘油、阿拉伯糖、蜜二糖为阳性,麦芽糖、鼠李糖、脱氮为阴性,DFR的23个位点缺失位点有1、6、7、12、13、15、16、17、18、23。结论 2016年化德县鼠疫菌生态型为鄂尔多斯高原型,DFR基因型为G20。Objective To study ecological type and DFR genotype distribution and popular characteristics of plague bacteria iso- lated from Huade of Unquiculatus focus in Inner Mongolia in 2016. Methods The isolated and cultured Yersinia pestis was deter- mined ecological type by glycolysis and sugar alcohol test, the DNA of Yersinia pestis was extracted by boiling method, the 23 sites DFR primers according to a report were synthesized by biological company, the DFR of 23 sites were amplified by PCR. Results The Yersinia pestis of huade in 2016 was erdos plateau type, the absence of 23 DFR were 1, 6, 7, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 23. The DFR gene type of huade plague bacterium was belong to the G20. Conclusion The occurrence of bacterial type of animal plague in 2016 county was Erdos plateau type, genotype G20.
