摘　　要：犬咬伤是常见的动物咬伤之一,治疗上主要以伤口处理和疫苗接种为主。近年来,犬咬伤的急诊护理取得了很大进展,主要集中在伤口的评估、清创处理、疫苗接种、健康教育、心理干预等几个方面。通过采取标准的伤口评估流程,实施规范的清创操作,按要求接种合格疫苗,对患者实施有效的健康教育及对患者开展针对性的心理干预是提高急诊护理服务质量的重要措施。本文对近年来犬咬伤急诊护理作一综述。Dog bite is one of the common animal bite. The main treatment is wound treatment and vaccination. In recent years, great progress has been made in the emergency care of dog bites, which is mainly focused on the assessment of wound, debridement, vacci- nation, health education, psychological intervention and so on. Through the standard wound assessment process, the implementation of standardized debridement, according to the requirements of qualified vaccination, the implementation of effective health education for patients and the patient to carry out targeted psychological intervention, such is an important measure to improve the quality of emer- gency nursing service. In this paper, a review of emergency care for dog bites in recent years is reviewed.
