摘 要:目的探讨绝经后女性髋部骨密度的变化特点。方法收集1322例绝经后女性左髋部骨密度资料。根据绝经年龄、绝经年限及BMI进行分组,比较左髋部骨密度变化。结果随着绝经后年限的延长,髋部骨密度呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。低体重组(BMI<18.5kg/m^2)髋部骨密度低于正常、超重或肥胖组(P<0.05)。不同绝经年龄组妇女左髋部骨密度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论绝经后女性髋部骨密度与绝经后年限和低体重密切相关。Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density(BMD)of left hip in postmenopausal women.Methods The BMD data of left hip in 1322 postmenopausal women were collected,who were grouped according to postmenopause age period,menopause age and BMI,and the changes of BMD compared among the groups.Results The BMD of left hip in postmenopausal women decreased with the increase of postmenopause age period(P〈0.05).The BMD of underweight postmenopausal women(BMI〈18.5kg/m^2)was lower than that in those with normal,overweight or obese BMI(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in hip BMD among those with different menopause ages(P〉0.05).Conclusion The hip BMD of postmenopausal women is closely related with postmenopause age period and underweight.
