天麻素对大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞后癫痫发作率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察天麻素对大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞后癫痫发作率和病死率的影响及其对脑缺血后神经功能的保护作用。方法将150只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和天麻素治疗组,每组50只,模型组和天麻素治疗组采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉栓塞模型,天麻素治疗组提前给予100 mg/kg的天麻素预处理,假手术组仅暴露而不闭塞大脑中动脉,术后精心护理,评估3组术后24 h内癫痫发作率和病死率。结果模型组和天麻素治疗组大鼠脑缺血后癫痫的发作率和病死率均高于假手术组,天麻素治疗组癫痫发作率和病死率低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻素可降低大脑中动脉栓塞后癫痫发作率和病死率,发挥脑保护作用。Objective To observe the incidence and mortality of gastrodin on epilepsy after middle cerebral artery occlusion,and to explore the protective effects of gastrodin on neurological function after cerebral ischemia. Methods 150 SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and gastrodin pretreatment group,with 50 rats each group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion model of model group and gastrodin treatment group were used by intraluminal suture method; the gastrodin treatment group was received 100 mg/kg of gastrodin advance in pretreatment; the sham operation group was exposed without occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. The rats were given careful nursing after operation. The incidence of epileptic seizures and mortality of epileptic rats in the three groups within 24 hours were evaluated. Results The incidence of epileptic seizures and mortality of epileptic rats in model group and gastrodin treatment group were significantly higher than the sham operation group,the incidence of epileptic seizures and mortality of epileptic rats in gastrodin treatment group were lower than the model group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gastrodin can reduce the incidence of epileptic seizuresand mortality of epileptic rats after middle cerebral artery occlusion,and plays a role in brain protection.
