中国优秀冰上运动员备战2022年冬奥会体质、体成分特点及相关性分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、测试法、数理统计法对中国冰上项目男运动员体质、体成分特点及相关性进行研究,以期为运动员的选材及运动训练提供参考.研究结果显示:(1)体成分具有体脂率较低,瘦体重较高的特征;(2)身体机能、素质均处于良好状态,但仍有潜力可挖;(3)相关性分析表明瘦体重对身体机能、素质具有促进作用;体重、脂肪含量、体脂率及BMI对心肺功能及部分机体素质具有负面作用;得出中国冰上项目男运动员体成分与体质具有自身特点,两者具有相关性.With the methods of document,interview method,test and mathematical statistic,the author investigated the physique,body composition characteristics and correlation between body composition and physical health,to improve useful reference for the selection of athletes and sports training. The results showed that：（1） the body composition of male athletes has the characteristics of lower body fat rate and higher lean body weight in Chinese ice project;（2） The body function and quality of the male ice athletes are in good condition,but still have the potentiality to be dug;（3） Correlation showed that lean body mass has a promoting effect on the body function and quality. Body weight,fat content,body fat ratio and BMI have negative effects on the heart and lung function and the quality of some parts of the body. It is concluded that the body composition and constitution of male athletes in Chinese Ice project have their own characteristics,and they have a certain degree of correlation.
