摘 要:利用SBR反应器考察了好氧颗粒污泥处理纤维素乙醇废水的可行性。结果表明,当进水为与自来水按15%比例混合的纤维素乙醇废水时,COD及NH_4^+-N的去除率分别为73.82%及76.92%。当进水更换为100%厌氧出水时,系统的COD及NH_4^+-N分别为5.51%和52.95%。监测1个周期内溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen,DO)及氧化还原电位(Oxidation-Reduction Potential,ORP)的变化,DO在开始2 min急剧下降稳定40 min后呈上升趋势,在第6 h后DO稳定在5.85 mg/L左右。ORP在前1.5 h呈急剧上升的趋势,随后呈缓慢上升趋势,最终达到49.70 m V。以葡萄糖作为共代谢基质,在葡萄糖质量浓度分别为1.87 g/L和3.75 g/L时,废水中COD的去除率提高了3.53%和3.20%。因此,添加适宜的葡萄糖有利于促进纤维素乙醇废水中COD的去除。随着葡萄糖质量浓度的增加,总无机氮的去除率升高,分别为38.58%、46.88%和53.54%。说明葡萄糖的投加有"一碳双用"的作用,即葡萄糖既可作共代谢基质,又能为反硝化菌提供碳源和电子供体。The feasibility of the treatment of cellulosic ethanol wastewater with aerobic granules is investigated in SBR reactor. The results indicate that the removal rates of COD and NH4^+-N are 73. 82% and 76. 92%,respectively,when the influent is the cellulose ethanol wastewater mixed with tap water at 15%. The removal rates of COD and NH4^+-N are 5. 51% and 52. 95%,respectively,when 100% anaerobic effluent is changed as influent. The changes of Dissolved Oxygen( DO) and( Oxidation-Reduction Potential( ORP)) in one cycle are monitored. DO is sharply declined at the beginning of 2 min,then exhibits an upward trend after 40 min and finally remains stable at 5. 85 mg/L after 6 h. ORP shows a sharp upward trend in the first 1. 5 h,which is followed by a slow upward trend and finally reaches 49. 70 mV.The removal rates of COD in wastewater are 3. 53% and 3. 20% when the glucose concentrations are 1. 87 g/L and 3. 75g/L,respectively. It indicates that the addition of appropriate glucose is beneficial to promote the removal of COD in cellulosic ethanol wastewater. With the increase of glucose concentration,the removal rate of total inorganic nitrogen is increased by 38. 58%,46. 88% and 53. 54%,respectively,suggesting that the glucose is not only useful for cometabolicsubstrate but also could offer carbon source and electron donor for denitrification bacteria.
