早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法 230例脑卒中偏瘫患者,依据住院号先后顺序分为试验组和对照组,各115例。对照组患者接受常规护理措施,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予早期康复护理,比较护理前后患者肢体功能恢复以及生活质量情况。结果护理前两组日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分和Fuel-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组ADL评分为(65.24±10.15)分,Fuel-Meyer评分为(24.20±3.25)分,高于对照组的(49.80±11.24)、(13.36±2.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者在治疗过程中给予早期康复护理,不仅能够增加治疗效果、促进患者肢体功能恢复,而且能够改善患者生活质量,效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze and explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life in patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods A total of 230 patients with stroke hemiplegia were divided by admission number into experimental group and control group, with 115 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measure, and the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on limb function recovery and quality of life in two groups. Results Before nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in activity of daily living（ADL） score and Fuel-Meyer score（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the experimental group had ADL score as（65.24±10.15） points and Fuel-Meyer score as（24.20±3.25） points, which were all higher than（49.80±11.24） and（13.36±2.90） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of patients with stroke hemiplegia, early rehabilitation nursing not only can increase therapeutic effect, promote limb functional recovery, but also can improve quality of life in patients with remarkable effect. So this method is worth clinical application.
