病毒性脑炎应用丙种球蛋白与地塞米松治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析丙种球蛋白与地塞米松联合治疗病毒性脑炎的临床效果。方法 96例病毒性脑炎患儿,利用双盲、对照法分为试验组和对照组,各48例。对照组接受综合治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用丙种球蛋白与地塞米松治疗。观察两组相关症状与体征的改善情况,比较临床疗效。结果试验组抽搐、意识障碍、高热、脑膜刺激征及共济失调恢复正常的时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组显效32例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率为97.92%;对照组显效23例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率为85.42%;试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病毒性脑炎患儿综合治疗时合理加用丙种球蛋白与地塞米松,可取得更显著的治疗成果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gamma globulin and dexamethasone in the treatment of viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 96 viral encephalitis children were divided by doubleblind and contrast method method into experimental group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received comprehensive treatment, and the experimental group received gamma globulin and dexamethasone on the basis of the control group for treatment. Observation were made on associated symptoms and signs of improvement in two groups, and clinical curative effect was compared. Results The experimental group had shorter convulsions, consciousness disorder, high fever, meningeal irritation sign and dystaxia back to normal time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had 32 excellent cases, 15 effective cases and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 97.92%, while the control group had 23 excellent cases, 18 effective cases and 7 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 85.42%. The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable application of gamma globulin and dexamethasone in comprehensive treatment of viral encephalitis children, more prominent treatment results can be obtained.
