超声清创术在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在糖尿病足溃疡的治疗中使用超声清创术所取得的治疗效果。方法 100例糖尿病足溃疡患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各50例。研究组实行超声清创治疗,对照组实行常规清创治疗。比较两组患者清创效果及相关指标。结果研究组创面愈合总有效率为94%,高于对照组的76%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.353,P=0.012<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间为(46.85±33.46)d,短于对照组的(77.11±30.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.391,P=0.000<0.05);研究组疼痛评分为(1.99±0.86)分,低于对照组的(3.51±1.08)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.785,P=0.000<0.05)。结论借助超声清创术来治疗糖尿病足溃疡,可以减轻患者的病痛,加速创口的愈合,在创面病原体的清除效果上优于常规清创方法 ,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate curative effect by application of ultrasonic debridement in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided by different treatment measures into research group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The research group received ultrasonic debridement for treatment, and the control group received conventional debridement for treatment. Comparison was made on debridement effects and related indexes between the two groups. Results The research group had higher total effective rate in wound healing as 94% than 76% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （χ2=6.353, P=0.012〈0.05）. The research group had shorter wound healing time as （46.85 ± 33.46） d than （77.11 ± 30.24） d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （t=6.391, P=0.000〈0.05）. The research group had pain score as （1.99 ± 0.86） points, which was lower than （3.51 ± 1.08） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （t=7.785, P=0.000〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of ultrasonic debridement in treating diabetic foot ulcer can relieve pain in patients and accelerate wound healing. This method shows better debridement effect in wound pathogen clearance, and it is worth further clinical promotion and application.
