三龙通栓汤治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三龙通栓汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效,为血管性痴呆的治疗提供依据。方法 75例血管性痴呆患者,按照入院号分为对照组(36例)及观察组(39例)。对照组采用脑复康片进行治疗,观察组采用三龙通栓汤进行治疗。应用简易精神状态量表、Blessed-Roth行为量表、血管性痴呆中医证候积分表评价两组患者治疗前后的认知能力、行为能力、中医证候。对比两组患者治疗前后的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、血小板计数、尿酸水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的认知能力评分(22.1±2.7)分、行为能力评分(7.3±2.2)分、中医证候评分(12.9±1.4)分均优于对照组(18.6±3.1)、(9.6±2.1)、(17.1±2.1)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、血小板计数、尿酸水平优于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三龙通栓汤治疗血管性痴呆安全有效,明显改善了血管性痴呆的认知功能,提高了患者的行为能力,其可能的作用机制为降低患者体内血脂、血小板、尿酸的水平。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Sanlong Tongshuan decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia, and to provide evidence for the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods A total of 75 vascular dementia patients were divided by admission number into control group（36 cases） and observation group（39 cases）. The control group received Naofukang tablets for treatment, and the observation group received Sanlong Tongshuan decoction for treatment. Evaluation were made on cognitive ability, behavior ability, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment evaluated by simple mental state scale, BlessedRoth behavior scale, vascular dementia traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral table in two groups, and comparison were made on total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, platelet count, uric acid level in two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had cognitive ability score as（22.1±2.7） points, behavior ability score as（7.3±2.2） points and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome as（12.9±1.4） points, which were all better than（18.6±3.1）,（9.6±2.1） and（17.1±2.1）points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had better total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, platelet count, uric acid level than before treatment and the control group after treatment, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sanlong Tongshuan decoction is safe and effective for the treatment of vascular dementia, which can obviously improve the cognitive function of vascular dementia and increase their behavior ability, with its possible mechanism of reducing blood fat, platelet, uric acid levels of patients.
