摘　　要：依法行政,建设法治政府是当下各级人民政府努力的目标并在法律规范框架内积极开展创新性实践。贵阳市在开展依法行政过程中,加强了对全面依法治国理论知识的学习培训,坚持把法治思维贯穿于政府工作全过程,加强和改进了依法行政监督考核,深化行政审批制度、行政管理体制改革,加强行政组织和行政程序制度建设,在全面推进政务公开,强化行政权力制约和监督等方面取得了明显的成效,但仍应在培训内容、方式,执法实效,行政决策,科层制改革等方面进一步改革。To buiht a legal government and a taw-based administration are the goals of the people＇s governments at all levels, In the process of carrying out a law-based administration, Guiyang city strengthened the theoretical knowledge of tbe rule of law training, adhered to tbe rule of law throughout the government work process, improved the supervision and examination, deepened the reform of administrative approval system, administrative system, strengthened the building of administrative organizations and administrative procedure system. Although it has paid off in the promotion of making administrative transparency, strengthening the administrative power constraints and supervision, Guiyang Municipal People＇s Government still needs further reform in training content, methods, law enforeement effectiveness, administrative decision-making, and bureaucratic reform.
